"Los Sabandenos", a group from Tenerife of 27 members, directed by Elfidio Alonso, have recorded the album "Tinerfeno" that includes a song with the little "Tenerife". In this song they sing to the sea from the perspective of islander isolation:

La casa donde vivo
es el asombroso azul,
el mar es la prision del sol
espejo de la luz

[The house where i live
is the astonishing blue,
the sea is the prison of the sun
and the mirror of the light]

   This group has also produced an album entitles "El Mar" (The Sea). All the songs in this album are related to the sea.
